More than people, I am interested in ideas. i.e., I like to talk about ideas of common interest than about people.
And apparently, I am part of "a minority in the regular population but a majority in the gifted population." according to this article.

you just defined a geek, a psuedo, a nerd and a really boring person for regular population to be with. And best of luck finding one person from the majority in the 'self proclaimed' gifted population.
Clearly, the majority in the regular population cannot discern the minority.
